<p align="justify"> 日前，区委书记祝晓农带领执法、交通、“四边三化”办等相关部门负责人沿杭长高铁柯城段、320国道、杭金衢高速沿线督查乱堆乱放、乱搭乱建和青山白化等整治情况。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农首先来到花园街道督查杭长高铁沿线“四边三化”整治工作。在花园街道上洋村太行石艺整治现场，违章建筑已经拆除完毕，2台挖机和数名工人正在清运建筑垃圾。祝晓农指出，要妥善处理好废旧建筑垃圾，重点整治高铁沿线脏乱差，做好拆后复绿文章，全面提升杭长高铁沿线柯城段环境整治工作成效。</p>
<p align="justify"> 随后，祝晓农来到浙西大道南侧双港街道五湖村花木城。这块占地约70亩的土地上曾经被27户经营户用于模板经营和废品收购，2015年8月，双港街道对该地块进行整治，搬离27户经营户，拆除违章建筑约8000平方米。“今年3月我们对这个地块进行复垦，目前已经完成土地平整、黄泥复垦工作，下一步将立即进行绿化改造提升。”双港街道相关负责人相告。</p>
<p align="justify"> 当天，祝晓农还来到航埠镇、姜家山乡等地现场督查320国道“四边三化”集中整治情况，在华墅乡杭长高铁大平山制梁场整治现场听取华墅乡整治情况汇报，并沿杭金衢高速沿线督查乱搭乱建、“赤膊墙”和青山白化整治等工作。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农强调，全区各乡镇（街道）、有关部门要以杭长高铁沿线“四边三化”整治工作为重点，全力抓好“四边三化”整治工作。要紧扣时间节点，开展集中整治行动，对不能按时完成，进展缓慢的，要结合“为官不为”专项集中行动开展严肃问责。要加强联合执法，注重宣传，一鼓作气，做好拆后土地复垦复绿工作，决不允许留有“脏乱差”。</p>
