<p align="justify"> 日前，区委书记祝晓农到花园街道专题调研衢化路沿线改造提升征迁工作。副区长汪土祥参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农一行实地查看了衢化路花园街道路段两侧绿化改造地块和征迁地块上一处已征房屋的拆除现场，并就衢化路沿线违法建筑拆除、土地征用、房屋拆迁、绿化改造等提出意见。</p>
<p align="justify"> 座谈会上，区征迁办、花园街道、衢化街道、石室乡汇报了违法建筑拆除、土地征迁等工作情况，同时围绕如何破解拆迁重难点工作进行交流。据了解，花园街道、衢化街道和石室乡是衢化路沿线改造提升征迁责任主体，自改造工作启动以来，街道（乡）干部放弃休息日，在主体房签约、生产性用房拆除等方面取得了阶段性成效。目前，衢化路沿线改造提升项目土地交付率约50%，主体房签约率65.2%，绿化完成率40%； 物流大道段土地交付率约62%，绿化完成率50%。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农强调，衢化路沿线改造提升是市十大专项工作之一，能为百姓带来实实在在的好处。花园、衢化、石室等相关乡镇（街道）要一鼓作气，盯住改造工作不放松，倒排时间计划，尽早完成改造征迁目标任务。各责任乡镇（街道）主要领导要以舍我其谁的责任担当带头攻坚克难，想方设法鼓足士气；班子领导要分片包干，做细做实工作方案，真正扑下身心，进村入户做好征迁户思想工作，加快工作进度，确保4月底前基本完成项目征地拆迁工作。</p>
