<p align="justify"> 日前，我区召开国资审计暨廉政工作会议，贯彻落实省市相关会议精神，研究部署下步工作。区长徐利水出席会议并讲话，区领导毛霄云、汪土祥、吴云林、贵丽青、张军、朱晓源参加会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水指出，党员领导干部在干事创业中，一定要守牢“干净干事”底线，做到既要“干净”，又要“干事”。要突出问题导向，对照问题清单自觉整改落实，主动适应被监督的新常态，努力做好本职工作，干出工作实绩。要强化补短板意识，坚持科学决策，重视决策开头，善于借智借力；要把准政策导向，强化政策研究和正向激励作用；要注重开放竞争，形成开放竞争的良好格局，营造阳光公开的环境，严格规范办事程序。要抓住工作的关键环节，财政部门要抓大税源，做大财源，加强预算管理，确立量力而行、量力而出的办事原则； 国资部门要建好资产资金池，降低国资负债率；审计部门要加强重大政策、项目的跟踪审计，加强财政、民生项目的资金审计，强化结果运用。要坚守不出事的底线，进一步压实责任，把党风廉政建设摆在突出位置；进一步提升素质，加强培训，打造一支高素质的财政、国资、审计干部队伍；进一步严明纪律，落实好“一岗双责”等制度，确保不出事。</p>
