<p align="justify"> 日前，我区与巨化集团公司举行新材料产业战略合作框架协议签约仪式。市委常委、巨化集团公司董事长胡仲明，区领导祝晓农、徐利水、叶征宇、汪土祥、颜雪高、王光华等出席签约仪式。</p>
<p align="justify"> 近年来，我区新材料产业集群集聚步伐不断加快，歌瑞新材料完成了功能性装饰膜和石油开采钻具配件项目的研发，总投资10.1亿元的特种光学膜项目落地开工，龙威新材料成功上市“新三板”，为“十三五”时期我区确立的“新材料产业集聚区”发展定位打下了坚实的基础。</p>
<p align="justify"> 胡仲明说，新材料产业是巨化集团“十三五”发展的重要支撑，柯城区确立打造“新材料产业集聚区”的目标与巨化集团发展新材料产业互相支持、互相融合，巨化的改革发展离不开柯城区的支持。巨化集团将从柯城-巨化一体化发展出发，以更开放的心态、更务实的作风，不断创新体制，推动科研、公用设施、人才等资源共享，深化干部互挂互派机制，为巨化区域经济发展作出更大贡献。</p>
<p align="justify"> 区委书记祝晓农说，在长期的合作交流中，柯城区与巨化集团在产业发展、社会治理等方面紧密协作，取得了良好成效。这次签约，标志着双方在建立合作联席会议、常态化人员互派机制、新材料产业基金等方面的合作交流将向更深层次、更广范围迈进。希望巨化集团一如既往地关心和支持柯城的经济社会发展，协同创建更具核心竞争力的新材料发展平台。柯城区将始终坚持与巨化一体发展战略，为巨化集团发展营造更加优良的环境。</p>
