<p align="justify"> 日前，省级文明城区复评检查组来我区开展复评检查。区领导徐延山、张晓峰、鲍继红、颜雪高参加汇报会或反馈会。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，浙江省文明城区称号是反映城区整体文明水平的综合性荣誉称号。我区已于2005年被评为“省级文明城区”，2006年被评为“浙江省创建示范文明城区工作先进区”。省级文明城区每3年复评一次，是创建浙江省示范文明城区的前置条件。</p>
<p align="justify"> 10月12日至13日，省级文明城区复评检查组采取材料审核、实地考察、问卷调查等方式，深入我区街道（乡）的背街小巷、学校、医院、市场、建筑工地等地进行了细致的检查。在10月14日上午召开的省级文明城区复评工作反馈会上，省复评组通报了复评工作情况，并就我区如何进一步开展创建全国文明城市暨浙江省示范文明城区工作提出建议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 省复评组认为，柯城区文明城市创建工作领导重视、机制健全，合力创建的格局基本形成；以民为本、整治结合，人民生活品质显著提升；注重育民、弘扬最美，城市文明程度不断提高。但是，当前柯城的城市管理水平和城市发展步伐、公共服务规范到位与人民群众要求等方面还存在一定差距。</p>
<p align="justify"> 省复评组建议，柯城区要进一步激发百姓的创建热情，有效提升市民素质，在日常工作中提高社会治理能力和社会管理服务水平。要完善长效管理机制，在常态化创建上下功夫，使创建工作在不断推进中取得新的成效。</p>
<p align="justify"> 区长徐延山在反馈会上表示，柯城区将以文明城市创建“五项工程”为抓手，加大文明创建力度。要突出重点，加大城区环境综合整治力度；攻克难点，加强基础设施建设；打造亮点，积极探索创建工作新思路，努力营造合力抓创建的浓厚氛围。</p>
