<p align="justify"> 8月18日上午，衢州农商城一期工程举行开业仪式。市委书记陈新出席仪式并与市、区领导一起推动启动推杆，标志着衢州农商城正式开业运营。市领导杜世源、李锋、马梅芝，区领导祝晓农、徐延山、郑小瑛、王光华和北京建设（控股）有限公司总裁钱旭参加活动。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，衢州农商城项目由“中国企业500强”北控集团旗下上市公司北京建设（控股）有限公司投资建设，为浙江省重大产业项目、浙江省重点建设项目。项目位于姜家山乡，总占地面积400多亩，总建筑面积38万平方米，总投资约12亿元人民币，规划设计农产品交易区、冷链仓储区、物流配送区、商业配套区和农产品电子商务产业区五大功能区块。项目分两期开发建设，目前一期已竣工营业，二期将于明年投入运营。</p>
<p align="justify"> 市长杜世源在开业仪式上致辞。他说，衢州要坚定不移地走绿色发展、转型发展之路，必须以高端化为导向，在工业、农业、服务业等领域，积极引进像北控集团这样高品质的主体来整合资源、创新模式、提升档次、做强实力、引领发展。希望衢州农商城能以开业为新起点，着力打造四省边际现代农产品交易平台，成为衢州产业融合发展的新标杆。</p>
<p align="justify"> “衢州农商城的开业，是北京建设（控股）有限公司与柯城区合作共赢的成果。”区委书记祝晓农对衢州农商城开业表示祝贺。她说，衢州农商城项目在市委市政府的支持帮助下，在短短两年时间里相继完成签约入驻、开工建设并顺利开业，充分彰显了北建效率与柯城速度的完美结合。希望农商城能借开业契机，加强管理、科学运作，迅速形成强大的辐射带动效应，努力打造四省边际现代化农产品交易的新地标。</p>
<p align="justify"> “衢州农商城项目从开工建设到开业运营的两年时间里，我们深切感受到了衢州市委市政府、柯城区委区政府和衢州各界父老乡亲对我们的支持，在这里对大家表示衷心的感谢。”钱旭表示，未来几年里，北建集团将努力把衢州农商城打造成为浙西地区最大的农产品交易市场。</p>
